Pricing FAQs

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Most clients are live with no large upfront fee. Implementation is included in the monthly package for standard configurations. Complex multi-product setups may include a one-time configuration fee — we'll quote that transparently up front.

What about per-application or per-loan fees?

Yes — there's a small per-application fee that scales with volume. The more you process, the lower the unit rate. We'll walk through your projected volumes during the demo and quote you an exact monthly cost.

Can I start with one module and add more later?

Absolutely. Start on Originator™ alone, and bolt on Servicer™ later — or vice versa. Everything is on the same platform, so adding modules is a configuration change, not a re-implementation.

Is there a minimum contract term?

Our standard contract is 24 months. We're confident enough in the platform that we don't tie clients into multi-year deals. If we're not delivering value, we don't deserve the renewal.

Do you charge for custom configuration?

Standard configuration changes are included. Larger pieces of custom development — new product types, bespoke reports, custom integrations — are scoped and quoted transparently. No surprise invoices.
